I think I heard about this a while back, the guy got it shipped over and the shipping company dropped it on it's end when they were unloading it. They paid cash for repairs and never told the owner about the damages, til somehow someone from the company contacted him with the pictures and he flipped, I think he was able to majorly sue the shipping company. if it wasn't this exact car it was a similar exotic.
