but.....isn't it wierd that the 3 cops would just go out and do this kinda stuff? They weren't drunk or anything....so they really think they could've got away with it? I donno.....it's just kinda sketchyyy~~~ |
ya, i find it weird how the 3 officers got together in the first place. |
It will die out soon. Remember when that police officer was speeding through a red light without her sirens on and slammed into a taxi, making the taxi to flip over into a fence. The police officer claimed she was going under 60km/h and witnesses stated that she did not have her siren on. After the first week, nothing more in the news about the results. What about the off duty police officer who hit that kid in Delta. The police officer who was involved in the YVR incident. Nothing more in the news. Yet when a police officer dies, they have a hockey tournament in his name every year and lots of media attention. Just the way the world works :) |
just saw this on tv the 3 officers were partying together at the Roxy Night Club. One officer used his badge to commandeer a Corvette. |
"Vancouver Police say the officers--from West Vancouver, New Westminster and Delta--were arrested at the scene for assault and robbery after an altercation with a 47 year old Surrey man delivering newspapers. The victim was not seriously hurt." "The three men are still in custody and being treated like anyone else under investigation." "The 3 officers have now been released from custody. No charges have been laid at this point." |

lol you know you're SOL when you get into a fight with a bunch of people and then you find out they are cops! |
what I heard on global morning news was that one of the cops commandeered a corvette and then starting kicking the car drove off to burrard called the other 2 to meet him and they started beating on the delivery guy took his money, wallet, and phone. Luckily some vancouver city workers stopped the cops. |
Just heard on Global that it might be a hate crime as well. The cops are fucked. |
im glad the media is all over this. cops generally get off with a slap on the wrist or just suspension. now we might actually see proportional justice. |
lol someones been playing too much san andreas multiplayer |
What were they thinking??? Maybe they were sick the day their police training was teaching that assault and robbery is against the law. |
This is fuck'd up |
great...next time some police give me a tint ticket, I'm going to ask him to catch the bad guys and haul in crook cops |

after that, they will put a "Racer for life" sticker on your car, and claim you are a street racer trying to T-bone them. |
Like....how much more stupid/immature can you be to do that kinda stuff? How did they even become cops in the first place....I thought you need like 10 people's reference or something like that..... |
^^ you need 30 references. VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A witness who saw Wednesday's beating outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver says the victim was pleading for his life. Yash is a taxi driver who says he picked up two of the men up at the Roxy Nightclub and drove them to the Hyatt. When he got there he tells Omni Television the pair jumped out of his cab to join in a beating that was already taking place. "One guy was beating another guy. He was crying for help, and those people that came out of my taxi, they just came out and started beating the same guy." Meanwhile the ex-wife of the police officer from New Westminster tells the Vancouver Sun the media has got the story wrong. Sheri Klassen says she knows all three of the officers and claims, when they drink they’re not obnoxious and not bullies. Meanwhile Vancouver's Police chief has released a statement on the investigation into the off-duty officers. Chief Constable Jim Chu says the investigation into what transpired between the officers and the 47 year old newspaper delivery man is being taken extremely seriously. He says they are interviewing witnesses and looking at the evidence, including video footage. Chu is also appealing for more information from the public, asking anyone who saw what happened outside the Hyatt Hotel to come forward. The officer from New Westminster has been suspended with pay and the other two, from West Vancouver and Delta, have been re-assigned to desk duty |
the problem is society here, not only in this case but everything, people stay quite and dont speak up. ie. canadian PM shuts down the house, because he knows his gov. will fall. (no protest. he gets off.) this incident with the cops. and nothing so far. In countries like france, germany, india, people protest agains shit like this. so things happen. here people could care less , because its not happening to them. once the public starts giving a damn about things/shit like this. suspensions will happen, and charges will be laid. |

Ms. Sheri Klassen, please tell me where you send your kids to school so that my friends will do the same to your kids. |
West van cops are corrupt dickeheads, fuck them!!!!! |

good for arresting them |
I'm pretty sure the cops will be charged and the victim will follow with a civil suit. The cops better hope the hate attack rumors are false or they'll be getting charged with a hate crime. |
