The hands that has all the fingers extended can be bent. That's how he holds Megatron. It took me a little bit of thought before I bent them. I thought they might break! Must not damage awesome action figure.

EDIT: In regards to the head, don't just use hot tap water. Near-boiling works a lot better. I suppose a hair-dryer could work too.

It looks like leather. but i don't believe it is. I took off a shoe to have a look, and it doesn't look like leather from the inside. Kardboard, your probably know, but don't untie his shoelaces. Only a child can get it done without tweezers :P
