Wave file editor program needed

I have a wave file that is a voice file. It has a buzzing sound on it from interferience at the time of the recording which I did not know about. Is there a sound editing program where I could separate the sounds and eliminate the buzzing sound or try and minimize it? I am not sure if this can be done but I thought I would check on here.

Thanks

There is a free sound editor called 'audacity'. it's pretty good.. for being free.. you can give it a shot. it also has a noise removal feature.

You can also try Wavepad...
