Yes, he is banned for 1 month. If he tries it again, it will be permanent. If he starts a dupe account, his IP will be perma-banned as well.

Just a reminder for everyone. If you are really stupid enough to use a NSFW avatar, you will be banned without hesitation. Not just for posting NSFW content, but for being a fucking moron.

You can't really stop someone from IP ban, even kids these days can proxy around it.

Get that vbulletin plugin for machine ID bans :) that's what they did back in the days of online gaming :)
