Blown fuse (amp)

I had taken my subs & amp out of my car but kept all the wiring in my car, I went to put the subs & amp back in the other day- I'm sure I've wired my subs to amp the same way as they were before but when i do my ground wire my battery inline fuse blows. I assume there's a short but how do I find out where & fix it?

what am i doing wrong?

If anyone's willing to take a look at it for me I'll throw in a 6-pack...

you're either hooking up the amp wrong, or the amp has a problem..

if the neg wire was grounded it woudln't matter, and if the POS wire was grounding, the fuse would go long before the amp was hooked up.
