Curve - WiFi This is my second curve that I've used.. My first was a 8320, and now I'm using a 8900. Neither of them worked with WiFi. Everytime I try to use the browser, it says, "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact your service provider." I don't know if this is the problem... but it's an unlocked Rogers phone, and I'm currently on Fido. Any help would be great. Thanks. |
does that happen when uve already connected to the network? |
You've used the "Set-up Wireless Network" option already, right? My brother connects to SFU's wireless network with his Curve. |
yeah, i'm already connected to the network. and then it happens when i go to browser and do you mean when you go to setup and then set up wifi? if it's that, i've done it |
Okay, today I deleted my saved wi-fi networks, and tried connecting it again. And I noticed that it finds the networks and everything, but one thing it couldn't find is an IP Address when scanning. I think that may be the problem. Anyone know how to insert the IP Address in it manually? |
