missing PA
 

so i been full-time working for this company for nearly 2 and a half years
and ive was wondering when my next raise was so i asked around october 08 and my manager said in 2months time
and this manager is a real dumbass
so basicly in december of 08 i asked about my pa and heres some big news because of the enconmy is in such a downhill, for the 09 there will be no raises til further notice
so im rushing and reminding the manager to hurry his ass to give that raise i deserve

still havnt gotten raise....
2 weeks ago i ask my supervisor he goes in the computer and checks my history of employment with pa's,hours work etc.
and sees that ive gotten my raise in august of 08, i told him ive never sat down and signed anything over
same day
i showed my pay stub with same old pay, he investigates and resubmits the PA
2 weeks later i recieve my stub and still the same....with bad times and losing hours i need money

am i gonna get backpay?!?! they dont know
thats atleast $400 they owe me since august if they filed since then and its in the computer

question: if i never signed the papers will i get the back pay since august ?
