Need your help, Anyone have WebCam please come in
 

Just finish setting up my web cam, Logitech QuickCam® Orbit AF on my Windows XP computer, after signing in my Windows Live Messenger (WLM), I can make a Video Call to my friend in USA and we can see each other throught the web cam from our WLM. However, my friend cannot hear me and at the same time I cannot hear my friend. No audio for both ends, may I know what did I or my friend do wrong ?

Please advise here

make sure the correct audio devices r chosen in the "webcam settings" in windows live messenger

edit: i mean "audio and video setup" under tools

Under audio and video setup, there is a drop down box, choose CUSTOM, not DEFAULT.
Under MICROPHONE, it should be your webcam (eg. Logitech webcam Pro 9000).
Under SPEAKER, it is your sound card.

this is providing you do, in fact, have a mic.
