Exactly.

That just means that a 7 can be sexy given the right equipment. The point of having the 7 - 10 differentiation is that 10 is on an elite level on its own.

The question herein lies is: is a girl on elite status in hotness enhance the sexual experience so much that she trumps even a pretty good looking chick with great sex?

Of course, everyone has their own criteria of what makes a girl a perfect 10, or what ideal girl signifies elite, but I've given my examples.
