Dust in lens

Is anyone aware of what I can do to clear the dust in my lens? Below is a picture I took of my lens - you can clearly see dust inside of it, and it's annoying the hell out of me. Is there anything I can do or is the only option to have the manufacturer tear it open and clean it?

if it's not affecting pictures I'd leave it :p my Tammy has had a 1/2" long fuzzy thing in it forever...doesn't show up in pics, so I ignore it :)

I dont think its that big of a deal, there might be some more flaring but the pictures should be alright.

I think some one posted a site that smashed their lens and it still worked but the pictures just wernt as bright...so a bit of dust shouldnt matter.

I was able to unscrew the front element of my Nikon 18-200 and blow out the one big piece of dust. It didn't show up on pics, unless I shot at F22, but it just bugged me.

I have some dust like that in my 17-55mm lens but it doesn't bother me. Don't let it get to you. There's nothing you can really do unless you try IMASA's method but you are risking damaging the lens if you don't do it right.

It doesn't seem to affect photos so it looks like I'm just going to leave it alone. I'm too chicken to be pulling apart lens. :)
