That's the fucked up part, why would people UNLESS designated to do so, have the right of way.It's like, if I nail someone going across when the sign says walk, then im fucked, but if the sign says don't walk, or they're jay walking, it's my bad?I mean, sure we should all be driving slow enough to avoid these people, but i'm talking close calls like that crackhead on willingdon/lougheed that begs for money.
