first of all, you are at a point where it has affected you mentally. You need to get away from that. Even if you're 10 inchs long, if you're not mentally ready / confident / turned on, half of your game is gone already.
Having said that, make sure you no longer feel bad about the junk you have and just freely go out and live confidently.
It's easier said than done, but before you try anything, you need to get it out of your head that it's 50% mental and you're killing your own game.
