WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who would like to gain exposure to dynamic leaders and spend their day networking with Human Resources Managers from some of the country’s largest companies.

• Possesses a university or college degree
• Can type a minimum of 35 WPM

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERVIEWERS

As a Human Resources Interviewer you will conduct investigative reference interviews, analyze criminal record checks, credit reports, and verify education and employment claims. In this interactive position, you will also compile reports and communicate the results to your clients.

DATA MANAGEMENT COORDINATORS

As a Data Management Coordinator, or DMC, you will conduct Canadian, American, and International Criminal Background checks, terrorist watch checks, credit inquiries, drivers abstracts, database/litigation searches, and military checks. You will also answer client questions regarding the background check process, cross reference resume information, and ensure that the file is ready for the Human Resources Interviewers to call for references and education.

Im not in HR, and i dont work on the operations floor..
I would assume Pay is $14+ for starting.. with raises at your 3 months/6 month/etc..
