how do i limit my bandwith for people who share my internet?
 
i dont know if this is possible... but i have coupel students and dammit they eat all the fucicn bandwith.. is there anyway to limit there acess?

but to answer your question, it depends on your routers capabilities

you need to have QOS enabled in your router, but not all routers have this feature.

sorry for the double post.. pressed it twice by accident..would u know i the telus router has that feature?

i can next month when i move in with my roomate, we're getting a telus wireless router.
but usually, if your running windows, left click on your wireless in your system tray (beside you clock), click on support tab, find your default gateway, type that into your web browser and look for a QoS.
