First online survey I actually gave legit info. I better not get spam and shit through my mail/email.

You'll never get spam snail mail, because it costs too much to send. But as DragonChi mentioned, if you have any doubts about giving your real email, you can always use a fake email or make another email account at GMail or Hotmail or www.mailinator.com to use.
