Can my dog get sick if I have the flu?

I have the flu.
I sleep with my door open so I can actually breathe some fresh air. If I open the window, it will be too cold overnight.

My dog sleeps in her room and bed at night, but sometimes in the morning I wake up and she is sleeping on my bed!

So can my flu be infectious to my dog if she is close to me? Can dogs get anything from a human's flu?

Human colds and Flus are not transferrable to dogs or cats.
