No point bringing his FB out...

3seriesBeeM 02-10-2009 08:47 PM

such a shame those too had such a bright future...a cardiologist he has to be an extremely bright individual to become a cardiologist.... the terrible thing to think about is how many lives this man could have saved in his career as a cardiologist now we will never know. I hope the guy that hit them rots in jail and burns in hell he is a pathetic excuse for a human being. Drinking and driving is a senseless act that ends in tragedy

RIP to the victims

Durrann1984 02-10-2009 08:51 PM

he went to my highschool

bsoni 02-10-2009 08:52 PM

RIP to the couple whos life was tragically ended.

really hope the courts deliver some justice on this one.

If this list is correct, it means he probably stole the car. Not so lucky for him, he just turned 18 and he will be charged as an adult.

Unfortunately.. I think his birthday is in May. From what I remember seeing on his FB page.

ccc 02-10-2009 09:08 PM

One of the victims was in the last year of his cardiology training -- some of you may not know, but it takes 4 years of undergraduate, 4 years of medical school, 3 years of internal medicine training, before you can get into cardiology. It's one of the most competitive postgraduate training programs in medicine. It takes 3 years of training (on top of medical school and internal medicine) before he can be a cardiologist, and he only has 4 more months to go in his training. He just passed the Royal College Exam in Internal Medicine last year. All these hard work going to waste cos' of some stupid punk.

According to some news, Dr. Mohamed actually proposed to Ms. Morgan, the other victim in this tragedy, that night. I mean, how sad can this be?

What's even more sad is that we all know this douche's lawyer will pull some crap in court to ask for "sympathy" e.g. this kid is "abused", "neglected", etc etc and that's why he's such a victim. We also know that this punk won't stay for jail for too long.

He turned 18... cos the media is allowed to release his name. Young offenders' names (anyone under 18) can't be disclosed under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

But, my guess is that his sentence will be only around 2-3 years, and he would be out on parole in 6 months to a year time.

3xta 02-10-2009 09:14 PM

fucked up shit. It says he was born 1990

Harvey Specter 02-10-2009 09:16 PM

I suspected a stolen car because he was driving a Buick SUV.

impactX 02-10-2009 09:18 PM

Yeah that's what the Theft over charge is for.

Euro7r 02-10-2009 09:18 PM

This dickhead that hit the couple, is a dumbass. Hit and run and then decides to plunge into the river, to escape, WTF. Cops can easily track you down, no matter where you go.

He'll also come out thinking he has street cred because he:

1) Did time. It makes a man hard.
2) Stole a car. GTA 4 lyfe!
3) 187'd two people, bizznatch

Kurtis Rock is going to believe this is the best thing that ever happened to him.

kookoobird88 02-10-2009 09:20 PM

I hope his sentence is at least 2 year+, so he will be serving it in Federal Penitentiary instead of the remand centers run by BC Corrections.

iEatClams 02-10-2009 09:42 PM

According to my law school friend, he'll probably get around 5-10 years b.c of all those convictions which he'll be found guilty of. But with good behaviour, and if someone can vouche him a job, he can get probation, which means he'll be out in 3-5 years.

Vansterdam 02-10-2009 09:55 PM

drunk driving in a stolen vehicle causing 2 deaths?

thats fucked up.

RIP
