i was going to lower my car more today and i was unable to loosing my bottom bracket nut
i cleaned the middle shaft with a toothbrush before i did anything incase of sand and anything small enough to cause it to get stuck
i tried hammering the wrench lightly to loosing it but nothing so i gave up
any ideas?

try some PB blaster, I would imagine wd40 as well might work.

If lubricants don't work, you need an impact gun, or a really big breaker bar. You may need to use some heat if it's stuck good.

Btw, you mean the strut lower bracket bolts and not the collar rings right? Did you know you need an alignment afterwards?

yes the bracket bolt/lock nut whatever...
i have plans to do alignment next month
