You realize that some people probably wouldn't have started to play guitar without being introduced to it through GH or RB? My gf is one of them lol.

And its a fun party game that takes some skill, don't try to be an elitest saying that everyone should play real guitar instead of GH.

Still mileage left on the deal. My friend just got a PS3 Rock Band 2 pricematched at the BestBuy on Cambie and 6th. They were pretty easy on doing the pricematch too... didn't verify stock at HMV or anything.

I play both real guitar and GH2. It's fun strumming real strings but when you just want to goof off while playing with friends who know nothing about musical instruments, you can't beat a game like Guitar Hero or Rock Band. Mind you, it plays horribly with your mind when you know how to actually play a song on the guitar and then have to bend your mind to move your fingers in often opposite directions on the arcade guitar.
