so did they rent some 'police specialists' from other provinces or just get a few that were kicking a round, give them a 2 day seminar, and then just call them specialists.

How did we suddenly get 168 police officers? Do they not have to get trained first? Or do we have a constant reserve of people ready to become officers?

pull people from other departments, transfer some from other provinces, etc etc...

Yeah I just drove by that area, it was taped off and everything. There was like two police cars blocking off one side of the road.
