Ya, I saw this one first and laughed, then clicked the other thread and though "epic fail dude....epic fail"

The people who didn't come missed out on some unique stuff.
Parking on a tarmac with lots of space, nice collection of hot rods and oldies, nice collection of planes, AND an airshow.

It kinda pissed me off that people didn't come, as the effort required to organize a big event is huge and with the effort that Revscene put in, the least people could do is stop whining and get off their lazy asses and DRIVE a bit further than they are use to. This is a car enthusiast club no? Don't we like to DRIVE?

People's lack of appreciation kinda pisses me off, when I hear people post ...oh it's not raining, I'm coming now...or it's too hot.....gimme a break, if a meet is set, come out rain or shine....support the community and the club.

last year i was out of town for summer meet. this year i should be around and I cannot wait. This was the 3rd revscene annual meet ive been to and each time I go it gets better and better. cannnnot wait till summer meet!

I don't have a car yet, and there's no public transit that I'm aware of out to there. So =p

08' summer meet was kinda meh..


did like the air show and beer garden though.. it was nice. although abit hot.. nice and sunny outside.

on a side note, there was no smoking allowed on the tarmac....... so quite a few members jumped into my beater of a honda and smoked in it. =.=

I know this is a late reply, but I was talking about last year's summer meet =p Morgan got a ride with O_D since the car decided to eat its internals a couple months prior to the meet. And if I'd known some of you as well as I do now, I'd have bugged someone for a ride =p
