YMCA South Surrey Just wondering for those who go their if its always so god damn busy. I went to take a look their today to consider joining but their was SOOO many people. I like having people at the gym for spotters, but it looked overbearing. Attractive girls though... |
i used to go there but i thought it was a shitty gym for working out and yes its always busy |
It was hardly busy in the months before new years. They say its busiest Jan, Feb, then dies out. Best times to go are before 4pm and after 7 or 8pm. |
I go there and it does get pretty busy during peak hours which I think are between 5-8ish. I tend to either go early afternoon or 9. |
