the scary thing is if some arrests dont start happening, im afraid its going to get ALOT worse. the criminals are going to start thinking they can get away with it and its going to turn into open season.
im sure its alot harder to make the first hit, or even the first 5 hits. but once you start getting into 15, 20, 30 killings with no apparent police intervention, i imagine its alot easier to make the call to take out enemies, or even multiple ones at a time.
which gangs is this between?

I don't think there is as much bribing here as in Asia, but I wouldn't doubt that there is still quite a bit that goes on, by that I mean much more than the average person thinks there is.

^ While too well budgetted to make traffic stops on flashy cars.
Drug dealers and gang members don't drive modified cars come the fuck on.
Ideally they should stop every car on the road with MSRP over 80,000 and exotics SUVs long sedans or whatever. Then we'll get somewhere.

I hate to say this because it goes against what a lot of people died to protect but they need to be able to stomp on their civil rights once labeled a gang member. The police should be able to pull them over without cause and search their person and their vehicle at anytime.
You then turn the heat up and don't let them so much as get a starbucks or rent a movie without getting pulled over and searched. I know I'm going to get flack for saying it but whatever. I think the protection of the general public both physically and mentally supersedes the rights of criminals even if that means taking away some civil liberties that we're all suppose to have. I know it's a slippery slope who's gang members, who's associates who gets lumped in when they are just friends ect.....
This will never happen for obvious reasons but it would seriously hurt business operations of all known gang members.

And of course, we'll get the usual big brother, nazi state cliches but in reality our government is far and always will be far from the Gestapo people claim it out to be.

Think about this.
Hypa loses his mind one day and wants a gold plated STI.
Hypa becomes a hard core thug.
Hypa begins to sell cocaine by the kilo.
Hypa makes 100,000 a month pushing drugs.
Hypa can suddenly afford serious weapondry that only the SWAT team carries around.
Hypa gets pulled over one day with 10 kilos on him, but he and the two other guys in the car have fully automatic weapons and body armor on.
What do you think would happen next, surrender for a death sentence, or light up the cop who only has a handgun?
Look at Mexico, the criminals have light machine guns, .50 calibre sniper rifles, grenades, body armor...
