Best power toothbrush?

Anybody using Power assisted toothbrush here?

I have been using Oral-B Vitality(Manufactured by Braun), But always feel that my Lateral and central Incisor could use more cleaning, Specially around the gum area.

looking for some serious answers here, possibly by dentists(on Revscene??!) or someone who use power brushes themselves..

Thanks!

You should try the Sonicare toothbrush. I need a new battery for mine, but when I was using it, I loved it. Plus it has a timer to make sure you brush for that 2 minutes per side!

Thanks! Can you specify which Sonicare model?

ditto. My mom is a dental assitant so I always have the latest and the best powered toothbrush. The dentist swear by the Sonicare series. The one i'm using now is flexcare RS940 come with UV sanitizer for the brush head and so many different features that you can adjust and play with

i myself have the Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9000.

it's amazing..it's got a timer and lets you spend 30 sec in each quadrants in your mouth. It has massage, soft and polish mode as well. I like it because the brushheads are the small circular ones.

I've one advice for anyone that's using a power brush: make sure you FOLLOW the user brushing instructions! It's very important as each power brush you need to employ different techniques.

Braun Oral-B Triumph/Professional Series.

They don't use Sonic technology, a technology that's been proven ineffective in toothbrushes.

Any of the Philips Sonic care toothbrushes are good. Tried both the Braun Oral B rotary brush as well but, didn't find it that good.

Sonic care brushes tend to give you a more thorough clean over rotary brushes.

Since I have moved on to the Sonicare, I'm left with a brand new "SEALED" extra Oral-B Vitality Brushhead Refill(Just 1, left over from pack of 3).

If anybody wants it, Its up for grabs. Pack for 3 goes for $19.99 + tax.

PM & arrange a local pick up if anyone is interested.
