LA/SAS Game 1 is on (SHAW 200 AND 205) for me HD ABC channels.

AFAIK, Kobe will get the ring... however, it just means that Lakers can win without him which would likely tarnish his legacy...

Caron Butler had season ending surgery in January when Mavs went on their magical run... he still got a ring

Not sure about credits but everyone on the roster get a ring. They used to have some Chinese guy under Phil that didn't play shits and still got a ring shipped to him.
