Font Help!?

Hey guys im hoping someone can help and tell me what font type this is or atleast one that looks like this. Basically my old graphics designer made this and has since gone MIA and i need to know what font type he used.

It might not be a font, he might of drew it himself

could be, but i doubt it. Even if he did i need something that could resemble this.
