Wild shootout on streets in Mexico http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=27c_1235111204 Craazzzzyyyyy. Anything in mainstream news about this? |
That's the shootout in Reynosa, 5 drug dealers dead and 7 cops injured or something. Mainstream doesn't cover this because it's a daily occurrence in Mexico; 6000 died last year in the drug war. Makes Vancouver shootings look like schoolyard fights. |
Yep... said it before, and I'll say it again... what's going on in Vancouver is peanuts compared to Mexico! |

lol so is it safe to go vacation in mexico? ahhah |
Jason, Why do you keep posting thread after thread about this drug war? I highly doubt any RSers frequent the border towns near Texas. We should be more concerned about the crap happening in our own back yard. This hardly affects the average tourist visiting Cancun or Acapulco, and anyone who thinks so is an idiot. |
Why post anything then... Just because it doesnt directly involve you doesn't mean that some of us don't wanna read about it. |

The cache of 540 rifles, 165 grenades, 500,000 rounds of ammunition and 14 sticks of TNT were seized on Thursday at a house in the city of Reynosa, across the border from McAllen, Texas, Mexican Assistant Attorney General Marisela Morales said. http://cdnll-5.liveleak.com/s/18/med...5778754&rs=150 |
