but they say they cant give it because its a "mens" store not a kids.

Regarding the tax subject, that is just ignorance by the employee because my boyfriend's mom has purchased stuff from Men's Club for him when he was 14 and was only charged for the one tax. Which is right by law no matter where you are. You should definitely complain, or not let this persist any longer.

They make $8 so why bother helping a customer LMFAO

actually its true about the one tax,
they can't sell you something that is meant for adults over 15 but give you the benefits, possibly so that adults don't get little kids to buy their stuff for them to get the one tax, but its not a big deal Boy's Co and Harry Rosen do it too.

You walk in , the old asian owner says hello come look around , a hot white girl follows you around while you look at the clothes , she then proceeds to tell you these are hot , new , LA brands while pointing at some ugly ass shirts with skulls and snakes , the owner brings out 4 pairs of jeans if you even dare to take a look at the jeans display and asks you which ones you like the most , the girl then says i think this would look good on you while taking a hugo boss shirt off the hangers , you walk out.

Im sure that has worked a few times and they got the sale. At least your not the idiot that fell for it.
