Audacity Help
 

Trying to make a ringtone, but having issues. The audacity program is only letting me highlight by intervals of a whole second (ie: 0:14 - 0:15), i can't highlight anything inbetween (ie: 0:14 - 0:14.5). This didn't happen before, so what is the solution?

Also, are any of you guys pro with audacity? I'm wanting to merge two songs into one. I know how to merge, however it's not a smooth transition.

I use Audacity on a Mac, I don't know if the menu options are the same. Maybe you can try going under the view tab and zooming in to the section in which you want to highlight. I find I can highlight a more accurate time frame that way.

As for merging two songs, I've never done it. Good luck!!
