how bad is the accident rate on cyclists in london? they seem to be making a lot of these awareness tests.

How about cyclists and pedestrians watch out for cars?

Think about using pro-active prevention rather than actually letting these accidents rise to a certain degree before pushing out awareness in the media.

The cycling/biking/outdoor activity season is coming around the corner so it would be a wise move for these campaigns to start now.

+1 it should be a joint effort. I admit sometimes I'm careless myself when crossing the street sometimes when my head is fixated on my phone or paying attention to something else.
