anyone knows whats going on at silver city richmond?

Yesterday I drove by on my way to the driving range, in the parking lot there was a cone track setup. I didn't see any nice cars but then there were a few of these weird looking small SUV that I've never seen before.

anyone know whats going on?

motorbikes sometimes rent the lower lot for testing and practice
