Laptop Display problem
 

I have a Compaq v2000 laptop and recently been having some problems with the display. The screen turns red when I open up the screen. But if I adjust the tilt of the laptop it becomes normal.

Im looking for someone to fix it or help me better understand whats wrong with it. Cheers in advance.

the connections for the green and blue are loose/damaged from the sounds of it, so they cut out giving you a solid red screen. that's the simplest theory I have anyways
