Reminds me of the Pillsbury cookie stuff they come out with on Halloween.

I don't think the guy rolled it. Probably made the pieces first then slid them in while in rolled up position. Cut out for the shapes? This is waaaay more intriguing than how they get the caramel in the caramilk chocolate.
