I was really disappointed wtih their "What I've Done" song which pretty well sums up every other pop/rock song that's already been sung. COME ON LINKIN PARK!!!!! You were once ORIGINAL!!

but yea i hope they go back to their old songs figure9, faint, somewhere i belong, and of course NUMB

produce old style songs with some new.

i like alot of their new stuff,

of course i still like their old stuff but alot of it got repetitive after a while, their new stuff sounds alot different and i like the change.
Given up is my favorite song from minutes to midnight.

I'm with the rest of the folks here - don't really like their new stuff...it's way too much of a change from their roots. I'm one to embrace change, but it's too much of a change at once. I was looking forward to Minutes to Midnight, but when I heard it, I was pretty disappointed...

Anyways, I'd like to see them if they come to town. Last time I went to see them was a few years back when I was still living in Denver. They were doing the Projekt Revloution tour...was a great show. Hopefully they do some of their old stuff if they do decide to hit Vancouver.

exactly. i dont hate m2m because its soft or progressive, or that they are changing their style, its just that its so cookie cutter rock band. the whole reason LP is good is because their sound is unique and eccentric. m2m could have been any band. nothing was memorable about it.

I hope they come soon :(

of course change is hard at first but when i listened to it more and more i liked it

The same thing happened to me; the more I listened to it, the more I liked it. I don't think that this is their best record but is still enjoyable nonetheless.

The live album they did recently was just awesome
