They give you a slot voucher, but I don't think there's any reason why you can't just put it into a slot machine and then cash out right away...

FYI regarding the $20 lotto cash back - the ticket they give you at the counter is to be used in the slot machine but you just can slip it into the cash out machine or walk up to the booth to cash out w/out playing anything.
