MCL brings them in from back east. All you have to do is contact them and they will take care of everything for you. We had RR Phantom and a Drop Top Phantom come through last year. They're are a big friggin car, amazed at how high and how much room they have inside.

28's will fit and can fit, i have seen in it in person when i was visiting LA. Some short Mexican looking pimp was driving it, he may have custom fitted it, i don't knw but they were for sure 28's.
