did shaw upgrade their hardware?
 
For those of you on Shaw highspeed did you noticed the speed increase?
I went on vacation for a month and just got back, and I noticed that my download/upload speeds are almost twice as fast.
I used to max out at 600kb/sec, now I am averaging 800-900kb/sec toping out at 1mb.
Not that I am complaining...but...

For existing customers, you will get the speed increase on March 20th. This is when we will do automatic upgrades. HOWEVER, if you want the speeds now, just do a manual power-reset. Unplug the modem for a good 2 minutes and plug it back in. You'll get the 50% faster speeds after.

I unplugged my modem, for 30 secs, two weeks ago.
Check out my other thread, everyone`s speeds have gone up already!!
