Restoring interior shine

What are some good products to restore the colour and luster on an aged interior? The dash and door panels are some sort of plasticy vinyl material, not quite sure how else to describe it..

There's also some weird white residue (presumably glue) on my dash from the previous owner that is very difficult to remove, unless I just sit there and pick/scrape at it with my finger nails for awhile. I've tried using some adhesive remover that we use at my work (a dealership) but to no avail.

I'll snap a couple shots tomorrow of what it looks like.

For interior protection I use 303 Aerospace, available from Canadian Tire. It's lo-gloss though, but it has UV protection.

I use Adam's Vinyl Rubber Trim (V.R.T)

The stuff isn't too glossy (like armor all) and isn't blotchy if applied correctly.

It also has a nice little scent to it.

does it restore or does it just prevent?

I second the 303. As its water based, you may have to apply a couple of coats.

Bought some 303 Aerospace earlier today and sprayed on a quick single coat on my dash., center console, and door panels. Brought some of the colour back and it feels much smoother now as well. Will probably do another coat or two to see if it makes a bigger difference.
