Car accident Today a Red Kia Rio forgot to pull her ebrake after having her car parked and her car rolled into mine. There was no damage to my rear bumper but there was also no one at the scene. It looked as if the owner just ditched the car, the glove compartment was wide open and it was completely empty. Car looked like a POS. I was thinking that it could've been a stolen vehicle. If I have pictures, is that enough evidence to make a report? SHOULD I even make a report? A cop drove by and saw what was going on and I found the car owners name & drivers ID. The car was still rolling as soon as i moved mine out of the way. Who knows, the car may be rolling as we speak! Anything I should be doing? or should I just drop it? I know its not a big deal, but the fact that her car hit mine just frustrates me. |
why are you asking Revscene?! call it in to ICBC and report it in. tell them what happened and i'm sure you won't get fucked. not calling is suspicious. |

you have pictures of it, i'm sure the owner of that car will also be like, 'where did my car go??...oh shit....' think of it this way, you have nothing to worry about if you didn't do anything wrong. call ICBC and tell them what happened, where it happened and that you have pictures as well. |
call the complaints department no one here cares |
just report it its better to report it than not too |

Call ICBC and call 911 next time if something like this happens again. That car could have hurt someone by the time you left. |
yeah my friends and I just stood infront of the car to keep it from rolling any further. We had to leave so we just placed blocks infront of the wheel. |
report to ICBC and show your pics |
