you can use fake emails to get more than one set of samples, they dont send any verification emails.. as for address you can just use different variations (eg. st and street, ave and avenue, and dashes in between your apartment suite and house address if you live in one).

I just tried again with the following selections:
Shampoo: Dove
Conditioner: Pantene
Hand & Body Moisturizer: Clinique
Body Wash: Zest
Highlight Hair: Yes
Tried Tooth Whitening: Yes
Floss: No
Razor: Mach
Shave Preparation: Foamy
And it offered the Head & Shoulders, Gilette, Pantene, Herbal Essences, Olay, and Fusion.
It looks like they're out of the floss and Whitestrip samples... but most of the stuff is still available!
Wow, it lets you order both the Pantene and Herbal Essences together now... before you had to pick one or the other...
