306GTi hot hatch Thinking of importing one of those.... What's your opinion? http://www.club-306.com/assets/image...-gti6-1996.jpg specs: http://www.carfolio.com/specificatio...car/?car=29216 What Clarkson says: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOfPTny7ycw minus the 6 speed gearbox. Should be plenty sweet car? :p Yay or nay. |
I'd say go for it. The only problem, which those with Alfa's find, is that finding parts to fix 'em are going to be very hard to source locally. I'm not sure if they share P/N's with any domestics. |
my friend in scotland had one. it had a tendency to shed parts. he said he had to sell it before there was nothing left to fall apart :p |
looks good to me im a big fan of euro hatches, but if u want more horsies or 2 more driven wheels and 2 seconds off that 0-60, try a pulsar gti-r. you can knock 3 seconds off that 0-60 with only a few mods. |
it's a European Civic with shitty depreciation. Pretty hard to find aftermarket parts, but you should worry more about finding oem parts first |
Cool car, I saw a few when I lived in Australia. Supposed to be one of the best hot hatches of all time, awesome steering feel and handling. But it IS a Peugeot. I don't think reliability is a strong suit. |
import one and let me drive it. |
Terrible daily Car.... ;( My uncle owned one in HK and the trims did not seem to fit and too many little problems.. |
