Buying stuff from the states, how does rebate work?
I'm trying to get some tires from an online site, ship them to blaine and picking them up. Does anyone know how does an rebate work? Would filling my billing address work?

Read the terms and conditions carefully. Some will allow Canadian addresses, some don't. If it only allows US addresses, then you'll have to have it sent to a US address if you want to claim a rebate.

Put a buddy's address, or if you want (only if you get a lot of rebates or mail) rent a mailbox down in the US.
