She doesn't sound like she's a freeloader. Sounds like she wants a date and she's sort of hinting it from that email. Esp with the "^^"

Yeah, I concur with the others. I wonder why she sounds like she's really pushing for a date from you. Which sort of brings one question to mind.

FYI, korean culture "buy me dinner" is a perfectly normal saying.

I suggest you don't think of it as her trying to be a freeloader or anything.. Because it works both ways. Next time you want to see her you could bring up the line "hey I'm kinda hungry, want to buy me some dinner?"
