Bring up your dial pad (press call button), then click Menu and go to Call History. From here, click Menu again, and click Call Timers.

Flashing your ROM will reset your call timer back to 0, so what's shown there won't be accurate.

I would say $550 and going down. This phones price is going down and soon hitting $450-500 around summer.
