me: "who doesn't come here all the time. do they know you by first name? you cut off 35 people, they screwed up"
crazy ***** : "***** YOU! *middle finger*"

i pretty much walk out after that... just insane

I've heard that the free drink might need to be "loaded" on your SB card, so it may not be as simple as showing the "coupon".
