How much more do you think luxury car prices will drop? Hmmm been wondering this for a while since there are so many insane deals on the market today. cars worth a hundred grand 3 years ago are now a fraction of the price. How much lower can this go..? |
Just wondering, which cars worth a $100,000 3 years ago have dropped? I can’t think of any of the top off my head but for example, BMW's are losing their values very fast and even the 3 series which had a great residual value over the years is dropping. I haven't really seen the retail pricing go down on new BMW's but most dealers are willing to give huge incentives. Like a brand new 2008 335i sedan had an $8000 incentive if you paid cash. |
i dont know ANY car 100k before thats worth a fraction today, unless you mean something retardedly technical like 9/10. used car prices havent dropped either for luxury cars. domestics are a whole different game though. |
cls or essentially any 3 year old mercedes. |
tehehe...Masareti in Hong Kong is selling their brand new cars 20% off the retail price. Still, I can't afford one :( |

Well used 2007 and 2008 Escalades have dropped in price big time, you can pick up a 2007 for under $50,000. Vipers will never drop in price because their limited and Chrysler only sells like 10 new Vipers a year which is most likely down to none this year. |

Historically, the bigger the price tag, the bigger the drop. Try looking up the price of 3 year old Range Rovers, Audi A8s, BMW 7 series and MB S-class compared to their new values. I saw an '07 Vantage coupe go through wholesale at $76k a few weeks back lol. $130ish k new? Kev |
Wondering the same thing! haha planning to buy a luxury car soon :) |

^ I think they only have one 2009 and one 2008, the rest are old. |
