any way to fix this so my bolt got stripped as i was trying to re screw in my seat and i got a new one but it wont fit....so i felt inside the hole where the bolts go and the lines inside are all stripped too...is there anyway or where i can get this fixed? |
re-tap it. |
Yes, run a tap through it to clean out the threads. If that don't work, either have to drill out the hole to the next size up and tap new threads. You'll need a thicker bolt. Or, drill out the hole and insert new threads (heli coil) back to original size |
