fido is F****** up
 

yeah so i started a 3 year contract with fido back in july 2007 end
the contract was for
100 weekday minutes
1000 weekend and evenings minutes after 7pm
unlimited Fido to Fido calling
unlimited Fido to Fido texting

Recently I have received my invoice for fido
now it says that i have been charge for 360 texts thats all the text i sent
including to other fido customers

i called them and asked them about it and they said that i never had unlimited fido to fido texting...and i told them to look back on the old bills and they say that I never had it
Is there anything i can do to prove it? and i dont have my old invoices anymore because i recycle them =] I don't want to be paying for something that is included in my contract which is not over until next year
and if not is there anyway to get my contract cancelled without any penalties?

THEY SAID I WAS ALWAYS CHARGED FOR TEXTS...but i wasnt
still have my fido contract from 2 years ago..it says right beside ulimited f2f text 3 FRIGGEN YEARS

if u were never charged for txts in ur old bills, wouldnt that be proof enough that u have a txting plan of some sort??

speak with customer relations. sounds like u got a bad rep. they have records of bills up to 3 months ago fyi.

is it possible that what you had was unlimited calls and texts for the first 3 months of your contract?
