speaker install driving me nuts

Ok,

Installing component speakers in my truck.

I am running a 4ch jbl 75.4 amp. 4x100rms
I am also running a 2ch alpine mrv-t757 2x100rms

I have alpine type r components with respective crossovers
I have also installed focal polyglass 6.5 components with respective crossovers

The tweeters have worked fine on all combinations. I have tried both amps, and both components in every combo. Played with all adjustments etc.

I CAN'T GET GOOD LOWS/MID FROM THE COMPONENTS. I have had stock paper speakers with stock deck power make more mid/bass than my setup.

They are mounted in the door with foam baffles behind them to protect from water.

I can't figure out why the woofers are not working properly no matter what I do. There is no distortion but I do hear a buzzing noise from the woofers under high bass. Like a vibration almost. It isn't coming from the door but rather the speakers themselves. The cone are barely moving as well.

Anybody have any ideas? How much enclosure volume do components need?

Sometimes it is advisable to have second set of eyes and ears to find the issue. Do you want to bring it in today?

Do the amps have their own crossovers? There might be a chance that both amps are set incorrectly.

Could be that one of them is wired out of phase. Check by balancing and fading to one corner of the vehicle. Then balance to both speakers.. if you have more bass with one, then one of those speakers is wired out of phase.
In case I`m not making sense, one is backwards.
